3. Contact USA Swimming

USA Swimming's Safe Sport staff manages other Safe Sport policy violations (e.g., coach-athlete boundaries, physical abuse, emotional abuse). You can report directly to US Swimming here: https://www.usaswimming.org/safe-sport/report-a-concern
