Swim Gym is our introductory swimming group.

Minimum age is 5, most swimmers are 12 and under but we will accommodate older swimmers as needed!

Minimum skill level requires 25 yards of rudimentary freestyle, a comfortable back float, and the ability to swim unassisted in deep water. This is a pre-competitive group, but if swimmer's choose to register with USA Swimming, they will be able to compete as well!

Goggles required but all other equipment is provided.

Practice Times:
8 & under, Mon/Tues/Thurs, 5:45 - 6:30 PM
9 & up, Mon/Tues/Thurs, 6:30-7:15
Age range is typically 5-9*

Minimum skill requirement is 25 yards of side breathing freestyle and backstroke; knowledge of breaststroke and butterfly. Attendance encouraged is 2-3x per week. Competition is not required but is supported.

Equipment REQUIRED - goggles, kickboard, FINS, snorkel.

Age range is typically 8-11 

Minimum skill requirement is ability to swim all four strokes and the 100 IM. Attendance encouraged is 3-4 times per week. Competition is encouraged.

Equipment REQUIRED - goggles, kickboard, fins, pull buoy, snorkel.

Age range is typically 11-18

Dryland is optional and offered in conjunction with the Senior Group. Minimum skill requirement is proficiency in all four strokes including turns and starts and the 200 IM. Competition is highly encouraged.

Equipment REQUIRED: goggles, kickboard, fins, pull buoy, paddles (ages 12 and up), snorkel.
Dryland Equipment REQUIRED: good running shoes, Stretchcordz brand stretch cord with handles S100.

By coach’s invitation only

Dryland is required. Swimmers are required to attend ALL offered practices each week unless arranged with the coach to do otherwise. Competition at all team meets is required as well.
